These Terms of Service govern your use of the LaunchKit website and services provided by Innovated Studios. By using our website or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
LaunchKit provides web design and customer management services for small businesses. Each package includes a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription for hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support.
Payments & Subscriptions
A one-time setup fee is due before project work begins. A recurring monthly subscription covers hosting, maintenance, and support and continues until cancelled. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information and content, confirm rights to any materials you supply, and respond to drafts in a timely manner.
Ownership
Once your setup fee and outstanding invoices are paid in full, you own the content and design of your website. Third-party tools remain subject to their own terms.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We include rounds of revisions with every package and will revise your work until you are satisfied within the agreed scope.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovated Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
