Web Design & Services Agreement
Last updated: May 2026. This agreement governs the design, delivery, and ongoing support services provided by Innovated Studios to its clients.
Scope of Services
Innovated Studios will provide web design, development, and related digital services as described in the chosen package or written proposal. Work begins after the setup fee is received.
Payment Terms
A one-time setup fee is due before work begins. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and cover hosting, maintenance, and support. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the website design and content. Innovated Studios retains the right to display the work as part of its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Innovated Studios' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the monthly subscription with reasonable notice. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid.
Acceptance
By paying an invoice or setup fee, or instructing us to begin work, both parties agree to the terms of this Agreement.
