Your client portal is your home base with LaunchKit. From there you can view your project, pay invoices, sign your agreement, and message our team.
Signing in
- Go to the Sign in page.
- Enter the email address we have on file for your account.
- Enter your password and click Sign in.
Setting your password for the first time
When your account is created, you'll receive an email with a secure link to set your password. Click that link and choose a password you'll remember. If the link has expired, use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in page or message us and we'll send a fresh one.
Trouble signing in?
- Double-check you're using the same email address you gave us.
- Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your email or password.
- If you're still stuck, head to our Special Requests page and let us know — we'll get you back in.
