What will the agent say to my customers?
Only what you approve. We write the script around your services, hours, and the questions customers ask most, and you review it before anything goes live.
Can I change the script later?
Yes. Your plan includes regular script reviews, and you can ask for changes at any time. You can also pause the agent whenever you need to.
What happens if the agent cannot answer a question?
It takes a clear message, tells the caller someone will follow up, and sends you the details right away. You choose which calls should come straight to you, such as emergencies or existing customers.
Will callers know they are speaking with an AI agent?
Yes. The agent introduces itself as your business's virtual assistant. We do not pretend it is a person.
Is there a contract?
Plans run month to month after the first 3 months. The setup fee covers building and testing your agent, and the monthly plan covers calls, messages, upkeep, and support.
What happens to my data and my customers' data?
Your business stays yours. Call recordings, messages, and customer details are used only to run your agent and are shared only with you. We do not sell your data. If you cancel, we can export your records for you. For dental, medical, and legal offices, we review privacy requirements with you before setup.
I already have a LaunchKit website. What changes?
Nothing on your current plan changes. The agents connect to your existing contact form and customer records, which is why add-on pricing is lower.
